If you don't have a dog, please consider purchasing and submitting the rebate to donate the free bag of food to your local animal rescue.

Go to By Nature Pet Foods facebook page and 'like' their page.
Fill in the e-form after you have liked the page.
Then, you can download the rebate form.
Mail the original rebate form, the original UPC, and the original receipt into the address on the form and wait for your check.
Hurry! The receipt must be dated no later than 6/10/2012
