This girl needs your help! Can you spare a dollar?
This very sweet, incredibly faithful, loving dog was tossed like garbage from a moving truck onto some farmland off of 520. She has a very obvious wring around her neck where her collar had stayed tightly in place and has attributes of a dog who has spend her whole life chained outside. She is timid but desperate to show affection. Her foster mommy notices immediately that she was acting very lethargic and not quite right. She received an x-ray and it is determined that she will need surgery this week. This poor girl has been through a lot and has now been diagnosed with, Pyometra, an infection of the uterus. She needs surgery this week and Rescue 6:20 needs immediate funds to take care of her.
ANY AMOUNT WILL HELP.
Unfortunately, I don't have time on my side to plan a fundraiser or schedule the appointment with a low-cost clinic (because of the wait time). So, it is crunch time. Please help this sweet girl.
$300 is a conservative estimate, but really, even a dollar from everyone who sees this could save her!
Thank you all so much for chipping in to save Precious. She made it through the surgery! The Orlando Humane Society SPCA of Central Florida covered the difference (which was a lot) for the surgery. She was taken in for IV fluids on Monday morning and had Pyometra surgery which included spaying her, after she was well hydrated. The surgery had no complications and she was discharged on Monday afternoon. Her amazing foster family picked her up from the SPCA and brought her home to recover.Precious still isn't feeling great; however, she is expected to make a full recovery. Her blood work showed no abnormalities and she is Heart Worm negative (yay!) A lot of people came together to save this girl and I am so very thankful.
